Erebus Momochi
Personality
Erebus is shy, oblivious at times, aimless, childish and gets easily distracted. He gets nervous very easily when talking to other people, specifically people of authority and tends to panic. His purpose in joining Glasc Co is unknown, however Atticus practically accepted him based off his application alone and only had Eun conduct a single interview.
Origins
Erebus has been living in his observatory for an undisclosed amount of time. Even though the question has never been posed, it is inferred that Erebus is extremely old and what he does in his spare time is unknown. However, his Observatory is located in the Nocturne Woods and has evaded unwanted visitors due to a powerful magic that keeps it cloaked in a fog.
Backstory (Spoilers)

To begin with, Erebus was born into a previous existing noble family known as the Yggdrasil. Despite rigorous training at a young age he was never proven to be among the most elite the family had to offer and was considered a disappointment. Erebus' life however changed forever one day after one of his younger siblings challenged him as the family elders looked on. Due to the fight, Erebus had suffered terrible injuries and physically had his chakra nature changed by an awakened logia user. This horrifically burnt him not only externally, but internally as well. Seeing the battle, the family elders subsequently replaced Erebus with his seemingly more gifted younger brother and focused their attention into grooming him to be the new family heir instead. Meanwhile, having suffered extreme bodily damage to the point where his chakra could no longer be held inside of his vesicle properly. Erebus had cracked under the surmounting pressure of not living up to the expectations set upon him and began to have a breakdown. This breakdown caused him to lose not only control of his emotions, but his newly acquired fire as well. This turned out to be catastrophic as he had no knowledge of how to turn his newly acquired fire off and that it was directly linked to his emotions. Not only that, but having not been born with fire release meant Erebus inflicted damage to his already heavily damaged body, leaving it horribly scarred and disfigured. After having burst into an uncontrollable blaze, it was assumed that Erebus had died, however this was not the case.
Having been abandoned by his family, Erebus quickly departed for Takigakure with a limited lifespan and a goal in mind. Upon arrival, Erebus stole not only their prized forbidden jutsu, Earth Grudge Fear. He also stole the hearts of the village elders in order to extend his own lifespan. Afterwards, Erebus used his exclusive knowledge of the location of Mount Olympus; having once been a devote follower of Hellenism. To try to repair his body, he stole not only their highly coveted devil fruit the Tori Tori no Mi Model: Phoenix, but he also stole the Flame of Olympus and took off. Having found out, the deities had forsaken him and renounced all connection to him leaving Erebus with no where else to turn.
Having no where else to go, Erebus made his way to what is now known as the Nocturne Woods and began living in an abandoned mage tower. Upon arrival, life began to flourish as Yang energy began to emanate off him and caused exponential growth to the previously dead life situated in the vicinity of the tower. Not only that, but things such as books began to come to life. However Erebus has rarely ever left his tower and kept the outside world away by cloaking it for many years in a thick fog until he eventually sent an application in to Glasc Co Headquarters where Atticus took an immediate interest. Having outlived his family whom eventually were overthrown and disbanded, Erebus is one of the only known members of the bloodline left, baring the family crest on his back still after nearly a century of being forgotten.
Motivations and Goals (Spoilers)

Despite Erebus seemingly having no intention for being in Glasc Co, it could not be any further from the truth. Erebus while being isolated out of sight for all those years developed Dissociative Identity Disorder (Split Personality Disorder) where he developed an abrasive side. This second personality is the complete opposite of the frightened, easy going, often delusional Erebus. He had manifested this personality in attempts to escape his checkered past of not only family issues, but being an S-rank criminal and being forsaken by the religion he spent his entire life following up until that point. This abrasive side was also created to also ensure that he would never be walked on ever again and serves as a much more arrogant, devilish, criminal mastermind that could care less for the well-being of others unless there is something to gain from it. This other personality has purposely killed trespassers or lured unsuspecting victims onto his land to use their bodies as material for what he considers art. Erebus has been prone to body snatching and grave robbery. Then using the organs and materials he finds, he replaces parts of his body to prevent further decay or he hollows out the corpses and uses them as instruments of war. These human puppets (animals being no exception) he creates, often retain a similar likeness and abilities of whoever they are made from. Erebus however, considers his normal self to be friends his other personality and listens to him more often than he should.

On the other hand however, Erebus without his abrasive side truly only cares about making new friends and exploring the world with a purpose after many years of being isolated. Not only that, but Erebus is also a collector of many things, this is evident by his residence being filled with many magical items ranging from weapons to books. Erebus' incredibly potent Yang energy has even brought some of these items to life as they now wander his castle.
